Embark on a Journey Within

As a healer and teacher guiding the expansion of our awareness; I will utilize meditation, affirmations, and visual aids to gently lead participants into a stream of internal reflection. The experience will also incorporate grounding techniques and relaxation breathing.  Following this, we will immerse ourselves in a sound journey enhanced by the calming presence of the nearby river, deepening your inner exploration. Each instrument is specifically tuned to channel Reiki and energy healing from your facilitator.

Participants are asked to bring the following:

• Yoga mat
• blanket
• pillow
• water
• journal
• any items or jewlery to be charged

Afterward there will be time to share your experience and ask questions, pull cards or journal.
